Dark and Gingery Gingerbread Minis
We like our gingerbread rich, dark and spicy! These cuties are filled with the goodness of organic blackstrap molasses, organic ginger and chunks of candied ginger and are balanced with a drizzle of mellow white chocolate and slivers of crystalized ginger. This is the cake that launched our business! From a family recipe, this moist pound cake is not just beautiful, but is bursting with the flavor of fresh oranges, drizzled with fresh orange juice, and finished with a light dusting of confectioners' sugar and fresh candied orange peel. The Bette Rose
An homage to the Divine Miss M., this cake has many facets! It is simple yet elegant. This rich chocolate cake is layered with flavors of Framboise and fresh raspberries. It needs no garnish, but (if you must), a dollop of fresh whipped cream will suffice. Not a fan of chocolate? Just order our Yellow Limoncello Rose instead (made with homemade Limoncello)!

Prefer a layer cake? We have several options along with our custom cakes. Like our Bundt cakes, we use terrific organic ingredients and, because we use less sugar than typical bakery cakes, the flavors of the ingredients really shine through. And our Buttercream is to die for!
