All our cakes are made with as many organic ingredients as possible (dairy, flour, eggs, some sugars, nuts, chocolate, coffee, fruits, etc.); we do not use preservatives, artificial dyes or flavorings, and we are moving away from using products like soy (often in shortening)--because we think that even a splurge on dessert should not be bad for your health. Always check our ingredients labels to learn more about our products.
